职位描述:

1、To ensure that the provision of professional technical service meets with the customer requirements and achieves the highest degree of customer satisfaction;
2、To visit major customers to promote cordial relationship and to be aware of actual or impending problem situations, and also to effect timely actions in respect of any service issues;
3、To ensure that the financial performance of the group meets the target;
4、To plan installation of equipment and act as a project manager for large system installation;
5、To ensure the preventive maintenance schedules are prepared and actually performed;
6、To ensure that customer service calls are promptly attended to and equipment faults rectified within a reasonable amount of time;
7、To monitor and control the inventory level and usage of spare parts;
8、To liaise with other departments within the company such that the company as a whole is made aware of possible problem areas or complaints and possible new/enhancement business opportunities;
9、To identify, plan and arrange product or other training for the staff so as to ensure that a consistently high level of competence is maintained within the staff;
10、To ensure all outstanding AR can be collected in time。

职位要求:

1、More than 5 years related working experience is preferred;
2、Good command of English;
3、Medical device TS background with Management experience is a must。
