1、Work closely with protein science group, design and execute molecular cloning strategy for antibody, GPCR and reagent molecule generation；
2、Manage  associates  with objective to discover novel therapeutic antibodies against GPCR targets；
3、Lead evaluation, implementation and development of new molecular biology cloning and engineering technologies to enable discovery of monoclonal antibodies；
4、Improve in-house molecular biology capability by designing and optimizing display and expression platform and methods；
5、Directly contribute to New Technologies team。

1、Ph.D. in Molecular Biology , Immunology, Cell Biology or related discipline with 5+ years of experience leading molecular biology and protein engineering  in an industry setting；
2、Technical expertise in molecular cloning, phage display, antibody protein engineering, familiarity of protein purification, cell culture and assay development is desired；
3、Prior supervisory experience of associate (s) is required；
4、Good planning and communication skill is required to work in fast pace industrial environment.
