1、We offer you an inspiring and challenging job with the opportunity to be part of cross-organizational project team with specific goals that require contributions from many areas including computational and applied protein engineering, cell biology, functional haemostasis analysis, and in vivo models. Your main responsibilities are development of functional analyses such as enzymatic assays for analysis of coagulation kinetics, plasma clot assays and global haemostasis assays, e.g., thrombin generation assays in plasma and thrombelastography in whole blood. You will use protein chemistry and protein library techniques to explore and characterize coagulation factors with new properties, in close collaboration with colleagues in Denmark and Beijing. Flow cytometry, cellular assays, and platelet aggregation methods are also part of the in vitro characterisation in the department.
2、You will participate in planning and execution, spending approximately 50% of your time in the laboratory, as well as take on responsibility for Research Associate. In addition, generation of new ideas for drug targets as well as scientific publishing and filing of patent applications are expected contributions. Opportunities for project coordination or management are dependent on qualifications and experience.
3、Desired Skills and Experience。

职位要求:

1、Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Protein Biochemistry, or a related field with experience in modern molecular or cellular biology, protein biochemistry techniques including activity assays;                      
2、A thorough understanding of coagulation factors or proteases and their inhibitors is important. Documented experience in these areas through publications in peer-reviewed journals or patents is a prerequisite;            
3、Industry experience and project management experience is considered a plus;                                        
4、To be successful in this position, you must have superior problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge the understanding of the structure-function relationships in proteins and results from complex biological systems;      
5、You must be a team player and self-starter, and be willing to engage cross functionally and be strongly motivated to explore new ideas and technologies.
