1、Deliver effective and all encompassing human resources strategies, policies and practices;
2、Contributes to developing and implementing organizational development activities in order to ensure the organizational structure to be optimally tuned towards optimizing business results;
3、Proactively engage in workforce planning on corporate level based on business planning and strategy;
4、Initiates and coordinates succession and talent development plans in order to ensure continuity of competent staff and provides support on the implementation of talent development activities to line management;
5、Direct the Talent Management Processes such as talent acquisition, talent development,retention, succession planning and related activities;
6、Develops and executes an equitable and competitive compensation and benefits policy in line with local requirements, in order to contribute to the attracting, motivating and retaining of employees;
7、Contributes to developing a motivating work culture, encourages productive teamwork and promotes a customer oriented, excellent and friendly culture.
