1、Work with senior management team to formulate short-term and long-term plan for formulation department in term of budget, instrumentation, personnel and regulatory compliant；
2、Hire key technical staff, and provide scientific and project management guidance； 
3、Responsible for the P/L of the department；
4、Responsible for the training and technical skill development of the staff；
5、Define project goal for each project, assign appropriate staff to project and provide resource to ensure the quality, timeline and deliverables for each project；
6、Interact with client representative in formulation and provide proposal and quotation；
7、Provide technical and sales supports to China BD；
8、Work as a member of BioDuro generic committee；
9、Evaluate new technology opportunities and develop novel formulation technical platforms。

1、Ph.D in Pharmaceutical Science or related fields；
2、At least 8 year oversea working experience in formulation development experience in large pharma or biotechs；
3、Extensive experience and expertises in various dosage form such as solid oral, liquid, injectable and others；
4、People Management experience required；
5、Experience of Chinese generic drug development highly preferred；
6、Excellent people communication skills；
7、Energetic, motivated, and goal oriented individual。
