1、Ph.D. or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific discipline with a high level of experience-based scientific and technical knowledge；
2、Minimum of 10 years of experience in Process Research and Development (including several years of experience as Principal Scientist and/or Project Manager in pharmaceutical or chemical companies) with demonstrated scientific and leadership contributions to major development projects； 
3、Demonstrated understanding of the roles, objectives and priorities of the process research and pharmaceutical manufacturing functions. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in this environment； 
4、Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including applicable regulatory requirements；
5、Demonstrated ability to work with, influence, and lead individuals and teams in a complex, changing environment；
6、Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate positions and ideas and persuade others to accomplish challenging goals and objectives；
7、Experience in working with others in a diverse organization。
